About This Role
- Drive the technology vision and architecture for Agentic Care Tech domain including AI-powered customer care platforms and multi-agent systems.
- Design and evolve scalable, secure microservices and frontend applications integrating cross-domain features across Cart, Checkout, Promotions, and more.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects globally, influencing technical strategy and engineering excellence to deliver impactful digital retail experiences at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience with a relevant bachelor's degree OR 8 years of software engineering experience without degree.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, GraphQL, NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB), Kafka, and Azure Cloud.
- Proven experience designing and scaling complex distributed systems and microservices across frontend and backend.
- Work Experience Required: 16+ years building and scaling complex systems (stated under 'What you'll bring').
