About This Role
- Lead technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions including customizations, integrations, and automation.
- Manage environments, deployments, and DevOps processes ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance for global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing technical expertise, code reviews, and supporting stakeholders on global projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of D365 development experience with mentoring and code review capability.
- Advanced skills in X++, Visual Studio, .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, and modern D365 extension frameworks.
- Proficiency with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), Azure DevOps CI/CD and Git branching.
- Work Location: Hyderabad, India or nearby; remote work covering US Pacific and Europe time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior D365 developer comfortable leading architecture and global deployments in a complex, multi-timezone environment.
- Strong background in data migration, reporting (DMF, Data Entities, SSRS), and integration pipelines using Azure cloud technologies.
- Proven capability in mentorship, upholding engineering standards, and troubleshooting complex system issues.
