About This Role
- Manage personnel data and documentation for active and exiting employees, ensuring compliance and proper file maintenance.
- Support time keeping, attendance management, and statutory compliance documentation including PF, ESI, MLWF, ER, and labor records.
- Assist in HR administration processes including onboarding coordination, exit procedures, policy documentation, and employee engagement support.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-1 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as HR generalist in manufacturing or IT sectors.
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred for fresh graduates.
- Strong communication and email writing skills mandatory.
- Notice period: Immediate to 30-60 days preferred.

- Comfortable working in a structured HR operational environment with attention to detail in compliance and documentation.
