About This Role
- Support implementation and monitoring of EHS policies, audits, inspections, and compliance across corporate facilities.
- Assist in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, and coordinate emergency preparedness and incident reporting.
- Deliver EHS training sessions, manage waste and sustainability initiatives, and maintain EHS documentation in collaboration with facility teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of EHS experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings, facilities management or workplace operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Good understanding of Indian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Work Mode: On-site in Pune, Maharashtra; Work Schedule: 6 Days/week (Monday-Saturday).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in corporate real estate, facilities management, or commercial office environments with practical EHS implementation expertise.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and managing compliance audits.
- Capability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and facility teams.
