About This Role
- Analyze operational datasets using SQL and Databricks SQL to extract actionable insights supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for client stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data governance and HIPAA regulations.
- Support process improvement initiatives, automation of reporting workflows, and operational excellence through data analysis, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, MySQL) and Databricks SQL required.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
- Preferred qualifications include BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MBA, BCA/MCA; English proficiency mandatory; Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification (PL-300) and Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate certifications preferred.
