About This Role
- Own end-to-end resource allocation, workforce planning, and utilization governance across multiple business units and practices.
- Drive ramp-up/ramp-down forecasting and manage bench aging to optimize resource deployment and utilization.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics (MIS, dashboards) to support leadership decision-making and ensure adherence to process governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Business Operations, Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, or Operations Analytics.
- Experience in IT services, engineering services, or technology consulting delivery environments.
- Mandatory skills include advanced MS Excel, Power BI or equivalent reporting tools, and workforce analytics.
- Location: Bengaluru (SMILES 2). Work Experience Required: 12-15 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving utilization governance and capacity planning in large delivery organizations.
- Demonstrated ability managing complex stakeholder environments including Practice Heads, Delivery, Finance, and HR.
- Skilled in operational reporting and data-driven decision support with strong process compliance focus.
