About This Role
- Lead technical design and delivery of Outreach's native iOS and Android mobile apps, including managing feature development from planning to release on App Store and Google Play.
- Set and execute the multi-year technical strategy for both platforms covering architecture modernization, release process, and code quality standards.
- Own mobile operational excellence covering release engineering, crash monitoring, security, privacy, accessibility, and cross-team coordination on shared tech components.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years professional software development experience, with 8+ years building and shipping native mobile apps.
- Deep expertise in at least one native mobile platform (strong preference for iOS) and hands-on production experience on both iOS and Android.
- Proven technical leadership experience for feature teams, managing multi-quarter roadmaps and delivering on committed deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of mobile release engineering, security and privacy protocols (OAuth/OIDC, secure storage), and experience with native mobile app submission processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex mobile product delivery at scale across both iOS and Android platforms with multi-team coordination.
- Technical operator who balances hands-on coding with strategic planning, modernization, and process improvements in mobile engineering.
- Familiar with advanced mobile technologies such as Swift Concurrency, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, GraphQL clients at scale, and enterprise mobility solutions.
