About This Role
- Manage and record daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger using Tally Prime.
- Handle statutory compliance such as GST filing, TDS calculation and deposit, PF and ESIC compliance, including preparing financial and management reports.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual closing activities and audit preparations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime and sound knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bills.
- Work Location: Gurugram; Work from Office required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in using standard accounting and tax compliance software, with preference for additional ERP exposure (e.g., Compu Tax, SAP, Zoho Books).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage compliance and reporting deadlines effectively.
- Capable of coordinating across departments and external stakeholders for accounting and statutory matters.
