About This Role
- Lead and manage the Global Treasury Infrastructure team across multiple locations and time zones.
- Own governance and accuracy of treasury data ensuring a single source of truth across treasury systems.
- Oversee monitoring of system interfaces to maintain health and stability; lead troubleshooting, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure enhancements in coordination with banks, vendors, and Digital Technology partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Experience leading global teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Extensive Treasury System Management experience with knowledge of banking networks, payment systems, and treasury operations.
- Familiarity with SWIFT Payments messaging (MT101, MT103, PAIN001, PAIN002 preferred) and SQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage treasury infrastructure projects and cross-functional teams with data-driven decision making.
- Experience driving process improvements using Lean principles and cultivating a zero-defect culture.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with external partners, banks, and internal business functions.
