About This Role
- Lead expense analysis and reporting for Bluehost Group shared and direct expenses.
- Forecast and report on key KPIs, analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Own and improve reporting and analysis processes, including automation and preparation of ad-hoc reports, requiring coordination with US teams with 3-4 hours daily overlap.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Exceptional advanced Excel skills mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3+ years in FP&A or Business Finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial analytics with exposure to business operations and management-level reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Comfortable coordinating with international teams with overlapping work hours (US-based teams).
