About This Role
- Support cost control through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing network.
- Drive the savings agenda including tracking, governance, and benefits validation across sites.
- Prepare centralized reports, dashboards, and coordinate with site finance teams for timely submissions, audits, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA.
- Experience: 0-3 years, prior exposure to plant/manufacturing/supply chain finance preferred.
- Digital proficiency with ability to leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve finance processes.
- Location: Must be able to travel frequently across factories; Role based in Kandla, Gujarat.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain finance environments to support financial controlling and governance.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and stakeholder management within a multi-site operational context.
- Proactive in identifying automation opportunities and using AI/digital tools to simplify finance workflows.
