About This Role
- Manage multiple AI/LLM programs to advance GTS's strategic engineering objectives.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligning with strategic goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with architects, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to ensure architecture alignments and product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years relevant experience.
- 6+ years experience in AI, LLM architecture, and advanced RAG and LLM system design.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying end-to-end Generative AI solutions tailored to enterprise use cases.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in AI/LLM relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise with AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, LangSmith), LLMOps, and operationalizing Generative AI solutions.
- Strong background in system design, data preprocessing, prompt management, caching and advanced RAG techniques.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale information management solutions and collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic technology initiatives.
