About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the CSR Financial Literacy Program in Mumbai, ensuring execution as per project plan, timelines, and objectives.
- Manage and supervise a team of trainers and MIS executives to meet training and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate beneficiary mobilization, training delivery, government scheme enrollment, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to achieve project KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience in relevant roles.
- Minimum Graduate degree required.
- Experience in managing field teams including trainers and MIS executives.
- Location: Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

- Demonstrated ability in strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and team leadership.
- Experience working with financial literacy programs or government welfare schemes targeting underserved communities.
