About This Role
- Manage branch operational activities including daily operations controls such as cash, vault, ATM, locker, end-of-day processes, and reconciliation.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in branch operations including accurate account opening, KYC with CKYC uploads, documentation quality, and audit preparation.
- Monitor service quality metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement corrective actions; also responsible for cross-selling insurance/investments and training frontline staff on processes and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of experience in branch operations.
- Graduate degree is mandatory; Banking certifications preferred.
- Preferred certifications include JAIIB or CAIIB.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 9 years in branch operations.
