About This Role
- Manage daily branch operational controls including cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards through accurate account opening, KYC verification, and maintenance of records for audits.
- Monitor service metrics like TAT, FTR, and complaints and implement root cause analysis-based improvements, while also supporting cross-selling and frontline training.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of experience in branch operations.
- Graduate degree required; Banking certifications preferred.
- Preferred certifications: JAIIB/CAIIB.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 9 years in branch operations.
