About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Lending products in Wealth Management, driving profitable, customer-centric innovations.
- Develop and maintain product strategy, roadmap, and backlog; conduct market research to integrate customer solutions.
- Manage agile ceremonies, product testing, release management, and lead a team of product analysts to deliver high-quality products.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree mandatory.
- Minimum 6 years in Banking/Financial Services with at least 3 years in a similar product owner role.
- Proven experience in product strategy development, agile management, and team leadership.
- Advanced data analytics and digital skills; knowledge of product development lifecycle mandatory.
