About This Role
- Own end-to-end testing and quality assurance for MarcoPolo's web platforms and mobile apps, ensuring reliable releases used by thousands of educators.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites using tools like Playwright or Cypress, moving from manual to AI-assisted testing.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven QA testing platforms to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy while providing production support and clear bug documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in QA, test automation, or software development on web applications.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering field (B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Hands-on experience testing mobile apps on iOS, Android, and Amazon devices, including app store build testing across devices and screen sizes.
- Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium and programming knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.

- Has a strong focus on integrating AI tools and AI-first testing methodologies in QA processes and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams, including UK time zone overlap, indicating good communication and collaboration skills in international settings.
- Demonstrates ownership in testing and issue resolution with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to articulate clear, structured bug reports and documentation.
