About This Role
- Develop, test, and deliver scalable, maintainable software applications meeting business and technical requirements.
- Implement and uphold coding standards, automated testing, and continuous code quality improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile teams to enhance user experience and prevent recurring production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years IT experience, including at least 2 years in front-end and/or back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with modern web/backend technologies such as Spring or Micronaut, including Angular or NodeJS, and proficiency with CI/CD and Agile practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically/internationally; primarily office-based role.

- Experienced in object-oriented design with strong software architecture knowledge.
- Demonstrates strong analytical problem-solving skills combined with a commitment to code quality through testing and documentation.
