About This Role
- Support delivery of strategic initiatives by eliciting and documenting business requirements for Commercial Insurance projects.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Underwriting, Operations, and Technology to translate needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Assist in Agile ceremonies and testing processes, including UAT and defect tracking, under senior guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, insurance operations, or related role, with P&C insurance exposure preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of business operations, strategies, processes, data analysis, and governance.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 6–8 years in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating in complex commercial insurance environments, specifically Property & Casualty domain.
- Ability to work effectively under senior leadership guidance, indicating a collaborative and learning-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using and adopting AI tools to enhance business analysis productivity.
