About This Role
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and support effective delivery of enterprise data dashboards, reporting solutions, and data products.
- Partner with Product Owner and cross-functional teams to manage backlog, planning, estimation, and remove impediments to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Track and monitor delivery metrics, coordinate dependencies, identify risks early, and coach team members on Agile/Scrum practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking sprint progress and backlog management.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles including backlog management, estimation, sprint planning, and dependency management.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with cross-functional technology teams, particularly in data, BI, or analytics domains, to deliver technical and business intelligence solutions.
- Able to proactively identify delivery risks and drive issues to resolution, enabling smooth Agile delivery.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching on Agile/Scrum processes to improve team performance and collaboration.
