About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of steel performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership decision-making.
- Analyze steel demand, spend, pricing, and supplier data to generate actionable insights, scenario analyses, and support sourcing strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, develop scalable analytics tools, and lead reporting and analytics activities for the Steel Strategy team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
- 7–10 years experience in analytics, procurement, supply chain, strategy, or related domains.
- Proficiency with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL and ERP system experience preferred.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with procurement, commodity, manufacturing, or steel-related data preferred, indicating domain familiarity.
- Strong ability to convert complex data analytics into clear business language for senior leadership communication.
- Capabilities in cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and managing multiple priorities to deliver timely, accurate analysis.
