About This Role
- Lead end-to-end proposal delivery for US pursuits including compliance, quality, timeliness, and coordination across global stakeholders.
- Strengthen and standardize GCC proposal management capabilities, focusing on process improvements, automation, and resource management.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and capacity planning to proposal teams to ensure balanced workload and high-quality submissions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Journalism, English, Communications or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in proposal development, bid management, or similar work-winning environments.
- Experience leading teams, managing workloads, and overseeing proposal quality.
- Based in Noida/Bengaluru office (onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, deadline-driven proposals with strong understanding of compliance and submission governance.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across global teams, including US and GCC coordination.
- Familiar with proposal content repositories and interested in automation and process efficiency improvements.
