About This Role
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Accounting Center transformations, accounting rules, and ledger posting logic to ensure accurate and auditable financial processing.
- Develop and manage Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, dashboards, and advanced financial reporting solutions for enhanced visibility and insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and global stakeholders (especially US-based) to support integrations, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives with flexibility to work US overlap hours.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of overall IT experience with 5-6 years of hands-on Workday experience focusing on Prism Analytics, Accounting Center, and Financials.
- Strong expertise configuring Workday Accounting Center: Accounting Rules, Transformations, Journal Sources, and Posting Logic.
- Experience with Workday Integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors; Workday Studio experience preferred.
- Must be able to work overlapping US business hours (preferably 5PM to 2PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex Workday Financials implementation environments involving accounting transformations and financial controls.
- Proficient at partnering with Finance and IT teams in a global delivery model supporting US stakeholders.
- Skilled at analytical troubleshooting, supporting SIT/UAT, documentation, and enhancing automated accounting and reporting processes.
