About This Role
- Manage team performance including KPI tracking and milestone achievement with zero deviation.
- Oversee project efforts, cost tracking, and maintain requirement clarity as per project and release plans.
- Plan and execute mandatory project and automotive certifications (ASPICE, CMMI) and act as the single point of contact for front-end customer engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Location requirement: Pune.
- Nice to have: 3+ years of TCU project management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing automotive projects with a focus on quality metrics and certification compliance.
- Capable of handling cross-functional team engagement and tracking complex dependencies and assumptions.
- Comfortable acting as SPOC for customers and aligning team efforts with project plans under strict quality guidelines.
