About This Role
- Lead and deliver multiple large-scale enterprise transformation programs across cloud, SaaS, migration, modernization, and upgrade initiatives.
- Own project governance including managing risks, issues, dependencies, changes, quality, escalations, and financials such as forecasting, revenue, margins, and resource utilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and internal stakeholders while leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams and managing contractual commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud services implementation, or large-scale technology programs.
- Minimum 5 years of IT Services Project/Program Management experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation programs for global clients with geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models; expertise in project financials, governance, contracts (SOW, SLA), and change management.

- Experienced in leading strategic, client-facing engagement leadership roles with direct executive communication and influence abilities.
- Skilled in managing complex, fixed-price, time-and-material, and managed services engagements across global and cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive domain experience in enterprise cloud services and software deployment programs, demonstrating ownership in business outcomes and delivery excellence.
