About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of B2B Enterprise Business across India, including business development, tender management, contract acquisition, and execution of transportation and logistics services.
- Manage Pan-India enterprise transportation operations, vehicle sourcing and allocation, ensuring service delivery, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead teams and manage key enterprise customer relationships, vendor networks, and commercial profitability to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, B2B enterprise business, operations management, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in RFI/RFQ, tender preparation, bid management, and enterprise contract acquisition.
- Location: Chennai, India with willingness to travel Pan-India as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing large-scale multi-city transportation operations and vehicle fleet allocation in B2B enterprise logistics sector.
- Strong track record in enterprise business development, commercial negotiations, and winning/managing corporate contracts.
- Experienced in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and profitable logistics services.
