About This Role
- Oversee overall management, administration, and performance of the Skill Development Centre, including admissions, enrolments, and trainer coordination.
- Develop and maintain community partnerships with industries, educational institutions, NGOs, and government bodies to support training and placement initiatives.
- Monitor centre operations, track KPIs related to enrolment, course delivery, placements, and prepare periodic management reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in programme management, education administration, skill development, or related fields.
- Experience managing training centres, educational institutions, CSR projects, or livelihood programmes preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with significant seniority managing multi-faceted educational or skill development centres.
- Proven ability to engage and coordinate multiple stakeholders including students, trainers, industry partners, and community organizations.
- Strong operational management focus with accountability for KPIs tied to enrolment, training quality, placement, and partnerships.
