About This Role
- Manage transportation operations at Atchutapuram Site, including vehicle movement, loading/unloading, and work order execution.
- Coordinate with customers, brokers, drivers, and internal teams for service excellence and smooth shipment tracking.
- Maintain accurate operational records and handle billing follow-ups related to transportation activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fleet Operations.
- Knowledge of vehicle placement, broker handling, freight negotiation, vehicle documentation (RC, PAN, GST), and billing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/transport management software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating multiple shipments with customer, supplier, driver, and broker interactions under operational pressure.
- Operationally focused with hands-on skills in end-to-end transportation management including document compliance and freight negotiations.
- Comfortable with travel for customer and supplier visits and managing simultaneous multi-shipment activities.
