About This Role
- Develop and deliver comprehensive SQL-based reports by translating business and technical requirements into effective data presentations.
- Review code and design plans ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with standards; oversee junior developers by delegating tasks and providing support.
- Design and implement ETL processes aligned with reporting needs; collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data source utilization and reporting approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of software development experience and 2-4 years of reporting/BI experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL, or MSSQL.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts; experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable with SDLC, Agile processes, and quality/compliance assurance.
- Capable of mentoring junior developers while maintaining own coding and analytical responsibilities.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (preferably AWS), ETL development, and Healthcare domain is advantageous.
