About This Role
- Design, develop, and support applications integrating mainframe and distributed systems, ensuring stability and performance.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions across legacy and modern platforms.
- Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally on application support and development.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of experience in mainframe and distributed systems development and support.
- Strong expertise in mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
- Experience with distributed technologies such as Java, .NET, APIs, and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with both legacy mainframe environments and modern distributed systems integration.
- Capable of handling production support as well as development in complex, enterprise-grade IT systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze problems, and deliver technical solutions in a cross-functional team environment.
