About This Role
- Lead and build a high-performing software engineering team focused on developing secure, reliable, and scalable product security applications, platforms, APIs, and automation.
- Manage day-to-day engineering execution including planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational support, ensuring measurable outcomes in security and quality.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to align product security capabilities and drive engineering practices and standards within a complex, matrixed organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, information systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant software or security engineering experience including at least 3 years managing software engineering teams.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software and managing engineering practices such as CI/CD, secure development, code review, and operational support.
- Hybrid work model: average 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.
