About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised systems within the Technology team.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify, and define system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Provide expertise and advanced knowledge in applications programming, ensuring design aligns with architecture and driving compliance with laws and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.

- Experienced in handling complex business and system process evaluations with innovative solution development.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, including coaching mid-level developers and analysts.
- Ability to manage risk with ethical judgment and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.
