About This Role
- Define and execute AI strategy and roadmap for commercial analytics aligned with US business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from proof of concept to production, managing team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Establish quality, governance, and responsible AI frameworks ensuring compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation of AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8–13 years or Master's with 6 years experience in analytics, data science, or sales/marketing operations.
- Proven experience in design and deployment of AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, generative AI including prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, and API integration.
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Databricks) and visualization tools (Tableau).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with US commercial pharmaceutical secondary data and commercial performance measurement.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise AI adoption in multi-geography, cross-functional teams.
- Track record of establishing AI quality, validation, governance frameworks and mentoring/leading analytics teams.
