About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements and propose effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead design, development, testing, and release management of software solutions using Java, Ext JS, and PL/SQL.
- Support pre-sales activities through technical inputs, high-level estimates, and solution demonstrations, and provide on-site or remote deployment support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or MSc Computer Science.
- 7.5 to 10 years of total relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, PL/SQL, API design, and file transformations like JSON and XML.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Unix OS environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery with ownership and ability to provide technical guidance to engineers.
- Capability to evaluate competing technical solutions and make informed decisions for optimal outcomes.
- Exposure to WMS platforms like Blue Yonder, JDA, or RedPrairie and usage of AI coding tools such as Cursor AI, Replit AI, or GitHub copilot is advantageous.
