About This Role
- Lead planning, programming, testing, and documentation of statistical programs and analysis databases for complex studies.
- Develop and coordinate integrated programming solutions, including process methodologies, validation of new technologies, and programming documentation for complex projects.
- Manage scope of work, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and provide technical leadership and training as statistical team lead for single or grouped complex studies.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Base SAS, SAS Graph, and SAS Macro Language required.
- Knowledge of statistics, programming, and clinical drug development process required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and executing complex statistical programming projects with end-to-end responsibility including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong technical expertise in SAS programming and clinical data handling with ability to independently develop solutions for internal and external client needs.
- Capable of leading teams and mentoring junior staff, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
