About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and reusable test utilities for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
- Own and evolve end-to-end test strategies integrating automation, exploratory, performance and regression testing within Agile and CI/CD environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality early in the SDLC, investigate defects, and ensure reliable releases with automated validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation focused on mobile applications.
- Proficient in writing automated tests using Javascript/Typescript, Selenium, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, UIAutomator, and Maestro.
- Experience with debugging tools (Xcode, Android Studio) and device clouds (TestFlight, Amazon Device Farm).
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in Test Automation on mobile applications. Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining test automation frameworks beyond just script execution, with strong ownership of test quality and suite management.
- Skilled in designing integrated test strategies aligned with Agile delivery, comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Delivery Managers.
- Hands-on expertise in diverse testing tools for front-end, back-end, API, microservices, and performance testing in a continuous delivery setup.
