About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI or Tableau, focusing on KPI development and data storytelling to support business decision-making.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python/R to generate actionable insights, automate reporting, and create scalable self-service analytics.
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into standardized analytics and visualization requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, SQL, and Python/R with experience on cloud/data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in relevant fields as specified.

- Experienced in developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics in a global, multi-functional environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive, actionable visual stories and analytics products with high user adoption.
- Demonstrates expertise in data governance, quality, and working collaboratively with data engineering teams to build reliable, scalable BI solutions.
