About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and operate secure, scalable enterprise AI-enabled applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python within an Agile, collaborative US-India POD.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, event-driven integrations, AI pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, and enterprise AI orchestration.
- Implement AI governance controls, ensure responsible AI practices, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architecture and production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Java development skills with Spring Boot, Java 17+, RESTful API development, and understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Strong Python development experience for automation, AI workflows, and backend services.
- Location: Hyderabad, India ; Employment Type: Full-time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and delivering production-grade AI/GenAI solutions including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI orchestration, and AI governance.
- Comfortable working in a POD model with cross-continental collaboration (US + India), contributing to architectural decisions and Agile processes.
- Skilled in cloud-native development (AWS preferred), containerization, CI/CD, AI developer tools, and enterprise application support.
