About This Role
- Manage and maintain product costing, including tooling cost estimations and spare parts costing, to ensure accurate cost governance.
- Perform commercial controlling functions such as royalty payment validation, purchase order approval, and export control spot checks to ensure compliance.
- Conduct profitability analysis and management reporting, including COPA analysis and top order reviews, to support informed business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Product Costing, Commercial Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP COPA Analysis, NXTools, and Management Reporting is mandatory.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end product costing and commercial controlling within manufacturing or automotive contexts.
- Capable of managing compliance controls and executing detailed profitability analyses for decision support.
- Experienced with SAP, NXTools, and using data-driven commercial insights for reporting to management and headquarters.
