About This Role
- Lead all Order to Cash (O2C) operations including collections, cash accounting, receivables management, settlements, and reconciliations for Marsh business transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of cash receipts, allocations, fiduciary reconciliations, and settlements involving clients, carriers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage a team to maintain operational controls, compliance, audit readiness, and drive process improvements and automation in O2C workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field mandatory.
- Significant experience in Fiduciary Accounting, O2C, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Insurance Operations required.
- Strong accounting knowledge including cash accounting, reconciliations, period-end close, and financial controls mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Significant experience managing teams in shared services or controllership environment; insurance broking or financial services environment preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in insurance and reinsurance operations, with deep understanding of premium billing, claims, settlements, and fiduciary transaction lifecycle.
