About This Role
- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities for region, country, product, and service types.
- Develop, manage, and report financial data using ERP and planning tools (Onestream, Anaplan, SAP) and analytics applications (Power BI, MS Excel).
- Provide financial insights through reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis impacting operating plans and business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA).
- Any Graduation degree.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and working knowledge of PL, B/S, and cash flow statements.
- Experience with Onestream, Anaplan, SAP ERP platform, and MS Office (Excel); knowledge of Power BI/Power Query preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor capable of managing small teams or work efforts independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong domain expertise in FP&A with a track record of participating in transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and clients, handling complex problems and day-to-day operational finance tasks including client communications.
