About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements to propose technical solutions and create technical approach documents with effort estimates.
- Develop, test, and release software solutions following standards; manage releases, patches, and code reviews.
- Provide technical support during deployment, participate in pre-sales technical activities, and lead product demonstrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- 5 to 7.5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and use of AI development tools like Cursor AI, Replit AI, GitHub Copilot.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery with ability to provide technical guidance and ownership.
- Familiar with software development best practices, source code control (GitHub, Jenkins), and multi-OS environments (Windows, Linux, Unix).
- Comfortable evaluating technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting client engagements including go-live support.
