About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements to propose and develop technical solutions using Java, Ext JS, and PL SQL.
- Prepare technical approach documents, provide high-level estimates, and manage software releases and patches.
- Provide technical support during deployments, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate product demonstrations with clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7.5 years total work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- Experience with Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, PL SQL; familiarity with Agile development and test management.
- Knowledge of software development tools (GitHub, Jenkins), operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), and JIRA for issue tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery and providing technical guidance to engineers.
- Capable of evaluating solutions to make informed decisions and driving continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working with code refactoring and unit testing using AI tools like Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot.
