About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements and propose effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, code, unit test, and manage software releases including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Provide technical inputs for pre-sales, perform defect resolution within SLAs, and support deployment and go-live activities, including client demonstrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- 5 to 7.5 years of total experience.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, PL/SQL, and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with source control systems (GitHub, Jenkins), databases (SQL Developer), operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), and issue tracking tools (JIRA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or familiarity with WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, JDA, or RedPrairie is a significant advantage.
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery and guide assigned engineers technically.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate competing solutions and suggest continuous improvements.
