About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements to design and propose technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, code, unit test, and manage software releases including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Provide technical inputs for pre-sales, perform risk assessments, resolve defects, support deployment activities, and guide assigned engineers for end-to-end project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, MSc in Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5 to 7.5 years total work experience.
- Proficient in Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, PL SQL; familiarity with software development tools like GitHub, Jenkins, SQL Developer; experience with Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience with Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie WMS platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical consulting roles requiring ownership of solution architecture, delivery, and client engagement under Agile environments.
- Familiarity with WMS platforms or supply chain software to effectively address domain-specific challenges.
- Demonstrates ability to provide accurate effort estimates, collaborate cross-functionally, and utilize AI development tools for code refactoring and testing.
