About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements to propose and design effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, code, test, and manage software releases, including patches and hotfixes, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Provide technical leadership in effort estimation, solution planning, design reviews, defect resolution, and support go-live activities, including client demonstrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- 7.5 to 10 years of total work experience.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, PL SQL, API design and testing, and file transformations (JSON, XML).
- Experience with source code control tools (GitHub, Jenkins), database tools (SQL Developer), and working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix OS, and Agile methodologies.

- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery with ability to provide technical guidance and ownership.
- Skilled in evaluating competing technical solutions for optimal outcomes and confident in recommending improvements.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and customers, including pre-sales support and client demonstrations.
