About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements to propose and design effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, code, unit test, and manage software releases, including hotfixes and patches, adhering to established standards and SLAs.
- Provide technical inputs for pre-sales, perform risk assessments, resolve defects, and support go-live activities, including customer collaboration and demos.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7.5 to 10 years total work experience in relevant technical roles.
- Proficiency with Core Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, PL/SQL, API design and testing, and file transformations like JSON and XML.
- Experience with source code control (GitHub, Jenkins), SQL tools, Windows/Linux/Unix OS commands, Agile methodology, and test management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery and technical leadership, capable of guiding assigned engineers and taking ownership of solutions.
- Familiar with Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie WMS platforms or similar warehouse management systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams to evaluate solutions, handle customer interactions, and continuously improve technical processes.
