About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements and propose effective technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead solution design, develop and unit test software, and manage releases including rollouts and hotfixes.
- Provide technical inputs for pre-sales, collaborate with customers and project teams, perform risk assessments, and support go-live and deployment activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7.5 to 10 years total work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- Proficient in Core Java, ExtJS, JavaScript, PL SQL, API design and testing, transformation technologies like JSON and XML.
- Experience with software development best practices, source code control (GitHub, Jenkins), Agile methodologies, and working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix, and JIRA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery with ability to provide technical guidance and take ownership.
- Capable of evaluating competing solutions and making informed decisions for technical improvements.
- Familiarity or prior experience with WMS platforms (Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie) is a strong advantage.
