About This Role
- Analyze customer requirements to propose and design technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Estimate efforts, plan, develop, and deliver high-quality software including coding, unit testing, and release management.
- Provide technical support during deployments, engage in solution demonstrations, and guide engineers in end-to-end project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 7.5 to 10 years of total work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Ext JS, JavaScript, PL/SQL, API design and testing, and file transformations (e.g., JSON, XML).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA; experience with Windows, Linux, Unix OS command-line usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end technical solution design and delivery in Java-based environments, with strong ownership of project outcomes.
- Comfortable evaluating competing solutions and providing technical guidance in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie WMS or other Warehouse Management Systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
