About This Role
- Lead discovery and design of AI-driven banking solutions, translating complex business needs into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
- Manage AI lifecycle requirements including data ingestion, labeling, model monitoring (MLOps), and define knowledge bases and decision logic for RAG and agentic AI workflows in banking.
- Ensure AI models comply with banking domain standards, including retail/commercial banking processes, regulatory compliance, bias mitigation, and operational requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of work experience in business analysis within banking domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in core banking systems (Finacle, Temenos T24, FLEXCUBE, BaNCS) and banking processes such as KYC, AML, credit scoring, lending, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis documentation (BRD, FRS), user stories, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business and AI/ML technical teams with strong domain knowledge in retail and commercial banking.
- Proficient in defining requirements that address compliance, risk, and operational standards in AI banking applications.
- Comfortable working in hybrid mode in India (Karnataka - Bangalore/Pune), capable of managing multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment.
